My 18month contract which began in May 2020 clearly states  "YOUR FIXED PRICE PLAN WILL HAVE NO PRICE INCREASES ON THE MONTHLY CHARGES DURING THE MINIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD". How therefore can it possibly be legal for them to make an increase until November 2021

Hi jackdaw21

As the others have advised, the price change is going ahead, Terms and conditions are subject to change as long as we give 30 days notice and an option to leave.

Call our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046 and discuss any options with the team.

Sorry for any Inconvenience  caused.

@jackdaw21

There are numerous topics on this subject all over the forum.

TT have changed their Ts and Cs

All perfectly legal if they give the required notice and then they give customers the opportunity to leave penalty-free.

They have done so.

You can leave, accept the rise or as @Divsec said, try to negotiate a deal.

Hi @jackdaw21 welcome to the club as with many things the answer is in the small print. Try cancelling as offered and see what you can get.

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
