hi my go live date was 19th may but i haven't received my router please can you help me with this

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Please update your community profile with name, address and TT landline number so staff can identify you.

 

If you cannot remember your number, dial 17070.

 

If you cannot do that, put your order number in the Private Notes section of your profile.

 

Do not post them here.
