Good morning

 

My router channel has started reverting back to channel 1, can the remote "Optimisation" setting be checked on this?

Apologies for this. I have switched the WIFI optimisation off again, please let us know how the connection compares.

Auto optimisation can only be turned off by an OCE, who work Monday to Friday

They will pickup this ticket next week (From Monday),and complete your request.
