I am paying for 65mbps but only ever get 28 or much less. If I change to the cheaper package of 35mbps then will I get even less or will it stay the same?

Hi poppy621

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Fibre 65 will give you a maximum of 80/20

Fibre 35 will give a maximum of 40/10

However, your individual speed will depend on the length of the line to the cabinet.

If your sync speed is already below 40, downgrading will not change you download speed but if you upload is above 10, then 10 will be the new upload cap.

Your minimum guaranteed speed can be found in Service Centre, what is it ?
