paying for 150 mband only getting half the speed, sick of this for so long I did get full speed for a week that was almost a year ago, thought i would allow to to try and sort this, but after 12 months failed.
you have two weeks to sort my speeds before i report your company to the governing organization For a full refund for lack of service, I run my own PC and Laptop repair service so I know what checks to do so I dont need you to try and Bul***!) me. fix it or refund me

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the sync speed has been varying. Can I just confirm, has the set up changed at all since the engineer set this up? Have you ever had an engineer visit to look at this for you?
