Debbie no i am not running a wired speed test. But my query was about was the Service Check showing a fault. If your tests show that everything is fine forget about it.

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk have tired in edge and works fine
also just done on google chrome again and works fine as well might have been somthing at the time

i have just done a speed test all fine
the health check has found a issue which i have not had before
We tried testing your network connection, but we can’t provide service status updates on your current package.
So is there a issue with the system overall or just some people having one. I will post in a new thread with screen shot

There was an incident raised earlier today as some of our systems were having issues however these have been reported as resolved.

Debbie i have just seen another thread that ask about the service check shows a fault between TalTalk. and home. It would seem to be that the service check is not working.
