Thought I would check my speed as I have had a letter about prices going up, well I signed up for 150Mb speed and i'm only getting 105Mb, even though paying for 150Mb and it says i should be getting between 128Mb -147Mb, how can you put my price up when you have never given me the speed I'm paying for. I have upgraded RJ11 and RJ45 cables to highest but still no improvement in speeds, so stop capping me and give me what i pay for.......

Hello,

I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the sync speed has been varying. Has the set up changed at all since this was set up by the engineer?

Thanks

Broadband prices increase in line with inflation each April, the only recent price change relates to the cost of UK phone calls.

Is this figure of 105 you are getting from wired, or wireless speedtest results?
