Having switched to UFO full fibre broadband (some time ago), my supersafe boost service stopped working. When I log into my supersafe account it says my supersafe subscription has been suspended. How do I go about getting this sorted? I have tried turning off the supersafe boost and turning it back on, but it doesnt seem to make any difference.

Looks like your answer was spot on.
The confusing bit for me was the option for 1 free license was still appearing for me in "my account". Think it must have been a caching problem. Having said it is no longer required and then tried to reinstall it, the option was still there. However an hour or so later, it has now disappeared.

The free one licence Supersafe Boost is no longer offered and when anyone with that version either renews or upgrades their contract it is removed.
You can purchase the boost for multiple devices in your online account.
Your free version has joined the Norwegian Blue Parrot.
