Could you connect your router to your Test Socket and monitor to see if it's still unstable. If your connection is still unstable with your router connected to your test socket then the next step will be to arrange an engineer visit

Hi jonny51

Thank you. I've completed a line test which has detected a potential fault towards the property and Openreach have requested that we arrange an engineer visit.

Is the router currently connected at the test socket?

Thanks
