ufo router reboots

Ive had an issue with random reboots with my UFO hub
 
my network becomes unveil both 5 and 2G  and when I get it back the uptime is only a few mins so its defiantly the router issue
 
is there a firmware update? current installed is SG4K10002816t

Hi @arden1 ,

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number & an alternative contact number (or add your TalkTalk account number into the 'Private Notes' section in your community profile). This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

The TalkTalk staff on this forum won't be around now until Monday, but they should be able to respond to this post early next week to help.
