Hello,
Have tried online support however not keeps telling me it does not understand and I can find no way of speaking to anyone.
I have had an unstable connection since Sunday. I find during day especially the get a stable connection for a while then it drops. This is on both worked and wireless devices. Have rebooted device several times and even left it off for the stated 30mins, no joy.
I have 2 pings running continuously on my PC one to the router on local on the 192.168.1.1 address and a mother to BBC.co.uk.
When I lose connection I see a drop on the BBC address however the local 192 does not drop a packet.
What can we do next to stabilise my connection?
