If upgrade from fibre 65 to fibre 150 does the engineer need to come out and will I be charged anything more than the price plan listed on site? Thanks

I can see that martswain has provided some further information for you.

Thanks

@shamaela21

Both 150 services require an engineer visit.

The phone line version needs a modem to be fitted and your master socket may need upgrading to a g.fast version.

Full FTTP (Future Fibre - Data Only) requires a cable to be brought into your home, drilling of a wall may be required and if the cable is underground, some earthworks too.

A termination point/modem will be fitted.

Your existing copper line will be disconnected and you will no longer have any phone service from TT.

Both the services require power for both the modem and the TT router.
