Day 2 of the new fibre package, still slow internet connection, less than 10mb/s down
I have a new router, can anybody advise how it can be fixed?

Issue: Slow connection
Action taken: Called TT who sent the engineer next day and fixed it
Cause: incorrect wiring at the green box, the engineer fixed that and it's now performing above the guaranteed speed.

Thanks for your reply. I did try that few times without any success.
So I called TT, who have scheduled an engineering visit tomorrow morning.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
BTW I was told that engineering visit cost £65 only if the connection issues is to do with the property.
