I was supposed to get a voucher when I signed up for Fibre Broadband which went live at the end of March but have not received/heard anything.
What do I need to do to claim this?

If you have a Future Fibre Data Only package and no landline, put your account number in the Private Notes.
Did you order directly with TT or through a third party ?
Exactly what voucher and to what value are you expecting to receive ?

I cant remember if I came directly of through a comparison website but I believe the voucher was about £60; it was £75 for fibre 65 and £60 for fibre 35 and I have fibre 35.
