I have just switched from sky to talktalk on fiber 65 and my wifi signal is 20mps. can i use the sky extenders on talk talk router to boost the signal if so how do i set it up.?
Do powerline adaptors provide the full speeds as with direct ethernet cable from the router?

Powerline adapters work at various speeds, read the spec of the model you have.
All recent versions have throughput speeds well in excess of the maximum 80 Mbps incoming line speed on Fibre 65 so will not be a limiting factor.
WiFi extenders do not care what router they are connected to, use the same setup you used on SKY.
