wifi connected but apps not working

hi, i have been with talk talk just over a month and the white light is on my router and says connected on my phone and smart tv but no apps will load on my smart tv I.E netflix and all 4 

same on my phone facebook, youtube, snachat..anything even google just wont load at all.. talk talk have done line checks and they say its all up and running fine.. but on my end nothing is loading. i am wanting to change providers but i know there will be a exit fee but i dont want to pay for a service that has not been working.
