Anyone els having problems with there wifi, iv had no connection for two days now, they say openreach is doing work...when will this be done ? im working from home to which is causing  a problem

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I can see that this fault is under investigation with Openreach and has been assigned to a line engineer this morning.

 

We should hopefully receive further updates within the next 24hrs.

Hi @Olivia0759,

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they may then be able to get a progress update on the fault.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
