xbox connection issues

Hi, our connection went live today (Fibre 150), we have had no problems connecting all the devices in the house. However, our son's xbox refuses to connect to either the 2ghz or 5ghz, it gives a message saying the DNS does not recognise the xbox.

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try powering the router down for a full 30 minutes and then try re-connecting again please.
