I have fibre35 and usually paid £24.50, last month I've got email with new bill £32.00 and info that my discount has ended,
does it mean that the contract has ended and it is time to sign another?

It sounds like your minimum terms has expired, so I would suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046.

Hi @ggallin it could or maybe your boost has expired. Please Check in my account and you can see current and past bill s, also the length of your remaining contract.
