About to make complaint to Ofcom

Despite nearly 2 days spent on the phone to the retentions department after being missold data package, it was supposed to be remedied by talktalk setting up a new package to replace the one provided. This was meant to go live on the 28th of April and despite reassurances from tensions that this would definitely happen IT DID NOT!!! I HAVE CONSTANTLY BEEN MISSLED AND ALSO SPOKEN TO BY THEIR CHAT SERVICES IN A VERY CONDESCENDING MANOR.

Is this company fit for purpose or is the only way to get action is through legal intervention!!!!

A truly shocking experience!!!!

Hi @GSJ131313 your post has been escalated and I suggest you go forward with your complaint. All your previous threads appear to end with suggestions or help offered by community staff or members.

 

I suggest you keep copies of all communications showing your new contract including the confirmation emails regarding the new contract as they will be invaluable in making your case.
