£75 Reward Card

I signed up in February to the Future Fibre500 and was promised 3 months free and a £75 reward card. I got the 3 months free but haven't heard anything about the gift card. I have contacted giftcloud as i was advised by the salesperson and they checked with Talk Talk who said the package i am on was not eligible. I have called the future fibre team who passed me to sales who passed me to customer services who then tried to pass me back to the future fibre team but none of them can help it seems. I just want what i was promised when i signed up with Talk Talk. Can anyone help please?
