Just signed up to Future Fibre 900 and was supposed to get a £100 Amazon voucher.  When does the voucher come? It wasn't in any of the packages I have received and hasn't been sent by email?

Assuming your purchase was direct with TalkTalk, and not an affiliate website, your Reward Card will not be sent until 35 days after your purchase, once the connection is live. If you have not received your voucher after 35 days check your junk mail folder to ensure the Giftcloud email is not there. If not, please email hello@giftcloud.com.  GiftCloud will need your go live date, purchase date, Order reference starting 'S' and Full Fibre 900 account number.
