Hi I ordered future fibre and the installation date was 15th November 2021. Openreach came but it did not work so I had nothing until 6th December 2021 some 21 days later.
talktalk told me I was due compensation of £5.04 a day for the delay to the start of the service and this would be paid automatically 30 days later.
Today is 15th January 2022 some 40 days later and no compensation. I spend 3 hours on the phone to find out what was happening to be cut off after an hour 3 times so I have no idea what’s happening

I’ve already tried that and after an hour of being passed around I get cut off
This is supposed to be automatic compensation it is anything but talktalk owes me over £105 and for whatever reason don’t want to give me it
But they took the money for my service when I didn’t have any disgusting

You may need to call the Full fibre team for this, there is an error on the account that is stopping me helping.
