Please help me cancel my free future fibre upgrade installation date as its not wanted at this time  . Its impossible to get through by telephone and live chat just gives me the same number as a point if contact.

Well unfortunately I'm getting nowhere with live chat or on the phone , just the usual all are agents are busy.

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we are not able to process any cancellation requests via the Community as this is done by our Loyalty Team. I'd recommend contacting the team again this morning so they can look into this further for you.
