City Fibre Engineer not turned up

Had lots of different texts and emails about City Fibre coming to do the fibre upgrade which was suppossed to be today.  Only given a broad time range of 1pm to 6pm, no specific time.  Had to move furniture out of the way to give access and my husband took the day off work to ensure someone was in when they arrived.  They did not arrive.  What a waste of time.  What happens now?  Who arranges for them to try again?  Not very impressed!
