I have been contacted by City Fibre to tell me that I will be upgraded on the 01-06-22 which I have not requested. It would appear that Talktalk have arranged this with them not me? There has been a Talktalk mail and many City Fibre text messages that are intimidating giving me only an option to confirm or rearrange the date.
I am more than happy with my current set up, my wife and I do not need a fibre connection as gaming is not what we do.
Please can you cancel the City Fibre 'appointment' as I have not ask for this and have no way of communicating to them that I am not interested. Should they do come to my property on the 01-06-22, they will be turned away.
