Hi,
Just logged into 'My account' and noticed that the Contract end date has changed.
I was advised by the Future Fibre team there would be no change to the monthly cost or contact terms, following the upgarde.
@OCE TEAM : Any idea why? My upgrade took place 30th May, yet the contract end shows 8th June, this should towards the end of year.
Contract End Date has changed
Has there been change to my contract - no one has advised of any changes or is it a system glitch ??

Thanks for the update.
Looks like My Account features, are taking some to catchup with the Free Future Fibre Rollout to customers.

Its looks like My Account has taken the start and end date from when FTTP was activated, you actual contract end date is 24/11/2022 as per your agreement, It will sort itself out.
