I've made an arrangement for my upgrade to be done, date & time sorted, Openreach contracted by you have got back to me with a different time & date, they ask any problem, I say yes & ther reply is to contact you & I can get hold of anyone to mention my query, on hold on 2 separate ocassions for a very long time only to get cut off.. Plus I was told some equipment would be sent for the engineer, I haven't received a thing & if I miss this package, what happens then....
