Has anyone else had problems getting a replacement eero from Talktalk. Yodel lost mine beginning of January. I have been calling talktalk twice a week for the last 8 weeks, but no closer to having a replacement sent out. 

I now have 4 hub2 routers and 9 bags to return them.

I'm sorry about this, have you tried speaking to the Future Fibre support team about the missing eero?

Staff can organise returns bags for you, @garye301261 but please complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account and address.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

 

Staff will be back on here from Monday.

Edit: sorry, I read it as "no bags" rather than 9 bags! However, it won't hurt to complete your profile as much as possible anyway!
