my friend has had this installed however we cannot get the eero to work, it just hangs when trying to register. He has called a number of times but nobody has been able to resolve it and he’s currently awaiting yet another call back
he has tried eero to 2.5gbit port and eero to one of the switch port on the tt router

Can I just confirm, what happens when they try to register in the eero app, is there a specific error message? At point does this hang? Have you tried deleting the app and then re-installing and trying again? What device are they using? What version of software is on the device?
