Can anyone give me some advice please?
I got a call on Monday to sign up for future Fibre, 900mb and took the deal since moving soon. I was told that I would get a letter, text and email giving advice within next 1-3 days but nothing and on 12th now.
I have called multiple times trying to get an answer and find out what is happening but noone actually helps, it's some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I get told my order will have an update soon but can't tell me anything at all nearly a week on, I work from home so need the internet to be live.
Does anyone know direct contact numbers for full fiber support please? I will end up signing up with Virgin at this rate through necessity.
