Faster Fibre to Future Fibre and back again

Upgraded from faster fibre to future fibre and everything has been great, 512mbs all good for a few months. Today at some point the internet went down, system reset by power down and restart of the eero unit by us. No luck nothing would connect to the internet, phone app connects to router and reports no fault with fibre connection and white light wifi router on, no flashing. Check my account and it says you are using faster fibre!! no we should have future fibre. Anybody else had this problem?

Internet back up 12hrs later, no idea what was going on. All lights correct, phone app indicated all good but no internet connection, very strange. Talk Talk responded quickly to the initial report and checked the line. No further action required. Strange account still says faster fibre not future.

Can I just confirm, what lights are on the ONT? Does the connection work if you connect directly at the ONT?
