1. Some time ago, I was advised that TT would email me when Full Fibre became available.
I now find that it IS available to other suppliers in my area but no such email has arrived inviting me to upgrade.
2. Is the advertised cost IN ADDITION to what I pay for Faster Fibre?
3. How reliable is it, as I am partially sighted and the Internet is my only means of contact with the world.

Thank you for looking in to this. I can't understand why it's taking TT so long to move customers over when other suppliers are advertising it. Oh well.....

Thank you for updating your profile.
I have checked you area and unfortunately Full fibre is not available from TalkTalk at this time, If other suppliers are offering it, then I'm sure it wont be long before we start to supply it in your area.

The upgrade (if available) is not in addition to what you currently pay its in replacement of your current plan.
if you add your account number to your community profile I can check what's available.
