Fibre 500 connection question

I have Fibre 500 being installed on Wednesday ..can it be installed thru the phone line (we are going data only)we have fttp infrastructure but I am told it's owned by KC communications and cannot be used by talk talk thanks....I have an Eero pro 6 router

So...150 Mb to 500mb Fttp cannot be served through overhead telephone mast is that what you are saying Thanks

I have no idea what the the other person is talking about, perhaps a local wireless-based service? That will certainly not be how TalkTalk deliver their  connection.

Thanks Ferguson....the KC connection is Fttp underground...I thought TTwould use that but have been told by another customer that it comes through the mast ...is that right???

The engineers will install a new fibre cable directly to your property, the old KC phoneline is redundant.
