I purchased fibre through talk talk. Today was supposed to be my go live date and an Openreach engineer came to get it set up.
long story short he’s not been able to get me connected and I have a flashing green PON light. It’s a new build property and they think there may be an issue with the external wiring, or I’ve also been told today there were two packages set up at my property which is why it isn’t working.
im wondering what will happen now, do I have to chase talktalk and Openreach or will this be sorted by them and how long am I looking at this taking?
