Hi unfortunately I can not get full fibre to my property without having to have my path and driveway dug up to run the cable through, if this is the case could you please confirm that it will a FREE upgrade as stated in your emails to that of my existing contract.

It is best to call or chat with the future fibre team to discuss options, however if the Openreach infrastructure in the area is mostly underground, there may be no other option. The Team can look at options and packages and offer the best advice.

It's probably best to ring 03451 720074, which is the Future Fibre team, or the usual 03451 720088 number, @lobs54.
Doing my own contract renewal for ordinary Fast Broadband, I was told that a free upgrade to Future Fibre could happen any time during my contract, but the "free" bit is: no admin / set up charges / change of contract fees. A new contract would be set up, however, for the new product.
Also worth checking what happens to your current landline as that seems to vary a lot.
