I was down for an surveyor to visit my house today. However I have been told by openreach that they are connecting my fiber today. However my equipment hasn't arrived, as it wasn't due to be installed today.
My concern is that my copper line will be disconnected today and I will be left with no internet at all.
Could you help me with this please

I wasn't sure if the fiber connection box was posted out or if the engineer would bring it with them
