Future Fibre 150

Hi there

 

I have recently set up an account with future fibre 150. I have been told that an engineer came to visit on the 26th of May and no one was in. This was down to me not being told that an engineer was coming out or else I would’ve been there for it.

I have tried to rearrange but they are now saying there is a problem with my order and they are going to reprocess the order and arrange an engineer to come out. This was days ago and I’ve not heard anything since. 

Our installation date was meant to be Thursday the 9th of June and this has been and passed and I have no idea how long we are going to be without wifi as it seems we haven’t even gone passed stage 1 yet. 

Can someone please tell me what is going on with my order and when I’ll likely be able to get wifi as this isn’t the best of starts to our contact.
