I have been trying to upgrade to Future Fibre 900.

 

Everything goes OK until I reached my email address info, would not accept it as it is already being used, yes it is, its me! So in frustration I set up a NEW email address purely and simply to be able to upgrade, now it is saying I already have an account and to log in to complete my order, I was already logged in before I started, anyway, went to sign in again only to be taken back to my dashboard. Have tried this several times and each time the same outcome. Any clues on how to upgrade to Future Fibre 900 online without any issues.
