Future Fibre account

How do I set up an account? I've had the future fibre almost week but never received an email with details on how to create a future fibre account to view my bills etc.

Best option would be to call us on 03451720088, and ask to be transferred to the future fibre team they will be able to help.

They will be open after 9am. 

 

It can take quite a while to sort out the account for the new product. 

 

Add your account number to your community forum profile details if you would like support staff to look at this for you. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
