Recently had Future Fibre 150 installed and that is all working fine. I was also supplied the digital voice adapter to connect my old phone to the eero router, I haven't plugged that in yet as my old landline still seems to be working. If I attach my phone to the digital adapter how does this work in regards to keeping my landline number, do I need to do anything or will it just work? Will my old phone line be cut off at some point? Thanks

I've asked TalkTalk Support to obtain clarification of the order for your Future Fibre broadband service and knowing if the order includes provisioning of VOIP and migration of the existing landline number to the VOIP service.
My instinct says that because you were sent a Grandstream Digital Voice Adapter the order should include voice service over your broadband connection (A VOIP service). It's usual to provision the broadband service first and then migrate the voice service number as a supplementary order.
The Future Fibre team should be able to give you the clarification you need but TalkTalk Support for our Community will resume here on Monday.
