Hi openreach are due to finish installation of my future fibre broadband on Wednesday, which is great but so far I've not received any communication to say my eero pro 6 has been dispatched and will definitely be here with me by Wednesday. On sign up it states that the router will be with you no later than 2 days before which would be Monday.
Can I check this has been dispatched.

I was able to get threw this morning, they checked my email and confirmed that my eero 6 pro was dispatched. Also dispatched a normal talk talk router just in case it does not arrive in time, as there's major delays on the Amazon equipment
