So I'm looking at all the other "router not delivered" posts and I'm seeing the support team suggesting to access livechat through the Future Fibre Hub, specifically at the bottom of this page: https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/How-Future-Fibre-is-installed/ta-p/2555166
However, no such link to livechat exists as far as I can see.
I ordered this package weeks ago because it's important that I receieve the router on or before my live date (in 2 days), yet I've heard nothing, and getting deliveries to my flat is difficult because we're not home since we need WiFi for work. All I need is a time and a date to be home to receive the delivery but I've heard nothing. Well, nothing except the endless 10 bar loop of call centre music when I try to ring up, and suggestions to find a non-existent livechat feature.

If you cannot see it during opening hours the it's likely to be your browser blocking it, turn off ad, banner and pop-up blockers and avoid Opera and Brave, they have dubious "security" features which prevent it working correctly.
