I'm an ultra fibre optic customer and not looking to change however my contract is now ended & I'd like the 4k TV system. But customer service hits brick wall and I've been offered no upgrades or offers.
Anyone know of anything different?

I am a Ultra fibre optic customer and the 4k TV is not available to these customers. We have to wait for the roll.out of TT future fibre as I want to keep my 800+ mbps

Call or live chat with our Customer Loyalty team and let them know you'd like to add TalkTalk TV. A contract renewal would also be required, however you can negotiate a deal and see what offers they have to offer.
