Had my free FTTP Cityfibre install completed 30 May, my question is about the My Account, the current my account still shows a FTTC Fibre 65 with Phone.
The future fibre hub has a link about Using-My-Account-with-Future-Fibre , My Account pages specific to Future Fibre, I have not received any email about this.

Did not get around to contacting Future Fibre Team, just noticed today that 'My Account' now shows the FTTP Service.
No email was received to explain the change its a bit of a mess and confusing.
Now I have a Account with 2 active Phone Numbers (sub account I guess) to cover the new FTTP package
Just a suggestion for whoever (Product Management) is managing the FTTP free upgrade rollout , they need to improve the Communication from TalkTalk, my experience it was non existent.
What TalkTalk is doing is great with the FTTP Free upgrade, I have a full fibre connection at the same cost/contract length and my copper phone line remains active.
Through the process, It was down to me to chase the answers regarding the FREE UPGRADE from TalkTalk, have spent best part of 3 hours on chat/phone trying to get answers.
Happy it is sorted now.
