So have had the Line installed by Openreach this morning but I have still not received my Router from Talk Talk. I contacted through chat on Sunday to be assured that it will arrive today, I also called and spoke to someone who said it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I asked for a tracking number for Yodel and they couldn't provide one. When logging onto my account online there is no tracking info. Am concerned that the Router has not been sent. Help please!
