I had Fibre500 installed last week. The modem is set up and connected to the eero Pro but it is not producing an internet connection.
I have plugged the modem into other devices and it simply is not producing an connection.
I am unable to get through to anyone on the phone and everyone on the online chat is useless, just tell me to call the number where no one answers or have no idea who I am.
Hoe do I get this resolved as I am currently paying for a service I am not receiving.
