Who do you speak to for help. I am getting nowhere 6 weeks after installation of full fibre and not a single iota of service has been had. Spent hours of my life going through security on chats to then get papped to another department to go through it all again and round and round in circles
Eero say it's talk talk. Talk talk say it's eero despite having 2 different boxes with same issue?!
I've even tried to cancel couldn't even get that right
The only communication I get is.. Here's your first bill.
