Who do you speak to for help. I am getting nowhere 6 weeks after installation of full fibre and not a single iota of service has been had. Spent hours of my life going through security on chats to then get papped to another department to go through it all again and round and round in circles
Eero say it's talk talk. Talk talk say it's eero despite having 2 different boxes with same issue?!
I've even tried to cancel couldn't even get that right
The only communication I get is.. Here's your first bill.
Someone please tell me how to proceed

OK thanks. If you connect a device directly to the ONT with an Ethernet cable, bypassing the router, are you able to connect to the Internet?

If the ONT is the black box on the wall then all 4 green lights are displayed

Seriously?! I didn't think of that at all.
I have had several attempts using the online chat facility, calling and emailing. Yoh get through security to be papped to another department to go through it all again. Then get told yeah we will do this that or next thing to get no call back, no response and no hope.
