Hi has anyone ever had their equipment not turn up for their installation date? My installation date is today but with work I hadn't realised no gear has turned up. The engineer has been and said what we had setup was ready for us to just plug in so that was OK but we having nothing to plug in to it. 

I rang this morning about it and got told it has been sent but another has been sent out just incase. I've just come off speaking to an agent on the chat who's told me nothing gas been sent at all and was after sending more till I explained again what the guy on the phone said this. So he has now changed his story too me finding out tomorrow about when my equipment will be here. 

Finding it quite ridiculous that this could even happen. Makes things worse our  deal with our current supplier runs out today! 

Any one experienced this at all before?

Same has happened to me, BT are here currently installing FTTP but no router arrived. Phoned them thins morning and been told they will send another one out today.
